When my husband retired from the NYPD in 2005, I knew there was something
we could do with all his expertise that would give us the flexible schedule we
were used to and with 4 children, really needed. In 2007 it came to me. We
applied to New York State to become a Training School for the New York State
Security Guard License. With his background, we were easily approved. Once I
started marketing us, I found CPR training to be the next logical step. Tom was
a trainer with the NYPD and I have been certified since 1991. We are both very
passionate about CPR training and would love for everyone to be trained. We
started our business in our house but have since moved to Main Street. Our most
recent addition to our training school is the 6 Hour Defensive Driving Class
through the National Safety Council. Our "grand opening" class will be 7/13 and
7/14 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. I love what I do and really enjoy being able to do
this in my own community. Smithtown is a wonderful place to live and the
Smithtown MomsTown is a great place to meet other Smithtown moms and see all the
great things that are available to us and our children.

Dear All,
Just found out that four houses were broken into in our area, thought you all should keep your eyes opened for a dark blue maxima plate # ending in 5700. If you see in your neighborhood, call police. A house on Plane Tree, Cooper Beach, and Moriches as well as Dogwood were the houses today. Who knows what's next, hopefully none...... They hit during the day... Keep safe everyone!
